• Maintain our position as a high-tech company with laser cutting expertise as the basis for the services offered.
• Secure agreement with customers about documentation for the production before production start.
• Offering our expertise and assistance in the product development phase.
• DANLASER is ready to make a prototype delivery to allow for corrections before series prodicution - if so required.
• Finished components and products are subject to an effective inspection based on random samples using statistical methods.
• DANLASER adheres to agreed quality and quantity.
• Thorugh conciousness about the market situaton DANLASER aims to deliver at the right price.
• Delivery reliability is higher than 95% in relation to the number of order lines delivered in a given period.
• Customers are notified immediately in case of delay of delivery.
• Continous training of employees in order to be able to meet growing product requiremetns as well as maintaining up-to-date expertise for advising our  customers.
• DANLASER’s continued development is ensured by a solidity degree of at least 25%.

DANLASER has implemented a formalised quality assurance system. To ensure that the system is up-to-date, the management dedicates the necessary resources to auditing and upkeep of the system.
To ensure successful quality assurance, the management involves alll employees in the implementation and maintenance of the system to ensure the quality awareness is continuously improved.
